For children 13 and younger Includes- 2 professional checkups and cleanings, including fluoride
- 10-15% off all other procedures in our office

Adult Complete
For patients 14 and older Includes- 2 professional checkups and cleanings, including oral screenings
- 10-15% off all other procedures in our office

Perio Plan
For adults who need perio maintenance for gum disease Includes- 3 perio maintenance procedures and checkups
