Choose the Plan that Fits Your Needs
There are three options that you can choose from depending on your specific oral health needs as well as your smile goals. We can talk thoroughly more about each one to help you choose if you call our office. For your convenience, the details of our child’s, adult’s, and periodontal plan are listed below.
- Child Complete: For children 13 and younger, this plan costs $22/month or $264/year. In exchange for this amount, your child can receive:
- 2 professional checkups and cleanings, including fluoride
- 10-15% off all other procedures in our office
- 5% subscription discount for other family members
- Adult Complete: For patients 14 and older, you pay $27/month or $324/year. In exchange for this amount, you can receive:
- 2 professional checkups and cleanings, including oral screenings
- 10-15% off all other procedures in our office
- 5% subscription discount for other family members
- Perio Plan: For adults who need perio maintenance for gum disease, we offer this plan for $39/month or $468/year. This affordable price makes you eligible for:
- 3 perio maintenance procedures and checkups
- 10-15% off all other procedures in our office
- 5% subscription discount for other family members
